Ručica Beach sits by Metajna on Pag Island’s eastern coast, about one kilometre from the settlement. Its mix of sand and pebbles meets an open bay framed by Pag’s pale, bare rock slopes, creating a setting quite unlike the greener Adriatic beaches. The approach passes through an area known as Kanjon, and the beach is also the starting point for the Life on Mars walking trail. The shore looks across towards the town of Pag. Ručica suits swimmers seeking a more natural setting and walkers combining the beach with coastal routes; proper footwear and sufficient water are essential for exploring the rocky hinterland.
