How we use AI
StayBravo uses artificial intelligence to make the portal faster and available in more languages. AI helps us write and translate texts, review new accommodation pages, answer frequent questions and check community suggestions.
Guide text prepared by AI that an editor has not yet reviewed carries a note that it was produced with the help of artificial intelligence; automatic translations are labelled “automatic translation”. When AI answers you, this is indicated.
A decision that may harm you, such as rejecting or removing an accommodation page, is always confirmed by a person. If you disagree with a decision or an answer by AI, contact us at [email protected] and a person will look at it. You can report incorrect information on the portal with the “Correct us” button.
AI does not decide the order of accommodation; the order is described on the “How we rank” page. How we process personal data, including AI service providers, is described in the Privacy notice.
