A two-story Renaissance palace from the 17th century, expanded with a third floor in 1913, built on the site where the Ivanić brothers purchased a walled garden in 1592 from Pomponija Bartučević outside the city walls. The palace forms the central nucleus of the extensive Ivanić family complex originally occupying all surrounding blocks. The southern façade displays Renaissance simplicity and horizontality with a richly decorated portal from the early 17th century. The property passed to the Boglić family in the late 18th century and was enlarged by Dr. Luigi Boglić in 1913. The house was transformed into a hotel in the 20th century.
