Karpinjan Green Beach occupies roughly 500 metres of shore in a broad bay north of Novigrad, about one kilometre from the town centre. Most of the beach is maintained and pebbly, while a smaller section retains a more natural character with a rocky sea entrance. Its shallow water and tall pines make it particularly suitable for families with young children, and the beach is free of traffic. It is reached from town by a lit walking and cycling path, with parking areas nearby. The beach holds a Green Flag and has showers, public toilets, sports courts, a café and an ice-cream shop.
