Duilovo lies on the eastern edge of Split’s urban shoreline, beyond Žnjan when approaching from the city centre. It can be reached by road or as a continuation of a seaside walk through the chain of city bathing areas linking Bačvice, Firule, Zenta, Trstenik and Žnjan. Compared with Žnjan’s large redesigned plateau, Duilovo has a more fragmented and less formal character, making it better suited to people looking to swim farther from the central-city crowds. It works especially well as a stop on a walk or bicycle ride along the eastern coast, choosing an entry point according to conditions on the shore.
