Apartment A2 (4+1) is on the ground floor of the house, 75 m2, and consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a toilet, bidet and shower, a central hallway and a large living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a water heater, microwave oven, dishwasher, and a gas and electric stove. There is an exit to a terrace with a table and benches. Parking is provided within the yard. Behind the house in the yard there is a large garden barbecue and a canopy with a table and benches, a place to socialize. Wi-Fi, smart TV, satellite programme and air conditioning are provided. The distance to the beach is 3, 10 or 15 minutes on foot, depending on your wishes and needs.
