Katoro

Katoro Beach lies in the tourist zone north of Umag and combines paved, pebble and rocky sections of shoreline. Showers and changing cabins are available by the sea, while sports facilities above the beach include tennis, volleyball and a children’s play area. Bars, restaurants and water activities are close at hand, making Katoro better suited to visitors who prefer a lively, organised beach to a secluded cove. The area can be reached by road, bicycle or tourist transport from Umag. The beach has held Blue Flag status over the years, although the current award should always be checked for the season of your visit.
