The Fratarska kula, also known as the tower of beg Cukarinovskij, is a fortification at Splitska 23 in Vrgorac. Built in the 17th century as a defensive-residential structure during Ottoman rule, it was given to Franciscan friars in 1690 by Venetian commander Alessandro Molin as thanks for their assistance in liberating Vrgorac. The tower served dual purposes: shelter and defense. It was the birthplace of celebrated Croatian poet Tin Ujević. Today it stands as a well-preserved example of Ottoman cultural heritage in Vrgorac and is protected as cultural good Z-3820.
