The Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus stands in central Đurđevac on Kralja Tomislava Street. Built in 1910 in the historicist style, it is protected as immovable cultural heritage under register number Z-3264. This is a compact church with a rectangular nave, a narrower three-sided sanctuary and a bell tower above the façade, aligned north–south. Its pitched roof and pointed-arch windows give the building a distinctive profile, while the interior has a wooden gallery supported by two posts. The church is a valuable example of small-scale sacred architecture with an eclectic historicist character.
