Pastoral Center with the Chapel of St. Teresa of the Child Jesus, Zagreb

The Blessed Alojzije Stepinac Pastoral Centre opened in 2011 in converted former commercial premises on the ground floor of a residential building in Trnjanska Savica. It contains the Chapel of St Thérèse of the Child Jesus, a religious-education room and the parish office; Archbishop Josip Bozanić blessed it in October that year. The centre made regular parish gatherings possible for a community founded in 1999, whose services had previously been held in other parishes and, on Sundays, at a school. It is a modest contemporary pastoral space that illustrates how a new urban parish community took root.
