Founded in 1973, the Donja Kupčina Local Heritage Museum preserves the architecture and everyday culture of Pokuplje, Turopolje and Croatian Posavina. Five traditional buildings were moved to the museum grounds in the mid-20th century: elevated wooden houses, a ground-floor house and farm structures including a stable, storehouse and bread oven. The late-19th-century oak buildings contain items donated by local residents, from folk costume, textiles and furniture to household vessels, farming tools and an old carriage. The museum is at Donja Kupčina bb; its published visitor information lists weekday-morning and Saturday opening, with visits outside those hours available by arrangement.
