Holy Trinity church

Holy Trinity Parish Church stands on Otočac’s main street. The present church was built in 1684 after an earlier church was destroyed by fire in 1648. This single-nave building has a rectangular plan, three side chapels with galleries on each side, a polygonal sanctuary, a sacristy beside it and a bell tower above the main façade. Its furnishings include late-Baroque and Neoclassical altars, a pulpit, a baptismal font and 18th-century grave slabs. The church was shelled and set on fire in 1991; restoration began during the war and reinstated its original appearance.
