About
The Church of the Queen of Peace serves western Makarska, whose parish was established in 1969 after separation from St Mark's. A Marian mosaic on the façade and a statue of Our Lady inside were blessed in 2016. The church provides a distinct religious landmark among Makarska's western residential streets, away from Kačić Square and the historic centre.
