Saint Nikola Tavelić church, Zagreb

St Nikola Tavelić Church is in Kustošija at Svetog Nikole Tavelića 2. The parish was founded on 29 June 1939 from parts of the Holy Spirit and Vrapče parishes. Before the present church was built, worshippers gathered in the 1937 chapel of St Aloysius Gonzaga belonging to the Sisters Servants of Mercy. The church and parish house were constructed between 1941 and 1943, and Archbishop Alojzije Stepinac consecrated the church on 14 November 1943. Its interior was restored after the 2020 earthquakes. Visitors can attend Mass or call during parish office hours.
