The Parish Church of the Holy Cross stands in central Vodice on the site of an earlier church. The present building was erected between 1746 and 1749 by Dalmatian Baroque builder Ivan Skoko, while Vicko Macanović worked on the bell tower over the following decades. The façade is marked by a Baroque portal and stone rose window, and an older main-altar chapel was incorporated into the enlarged church. It remains an active centre of parish life, particularly visible during Holy Week processions and services. For visitors, the church fits most naturally into a walk through central Vodice and along the nearby waterfront rather than as an isolated excursion.
